Welcome to Flowzy. By accessing or using our website/PWA (accessible via flowzy.fit), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Use of the App

Flowzy is an interactive calisthenics skill-tree and progression app. You agree to use the service only for personal fitness training, tracking, and educational purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the platform or reverse engineer the service.

2. Health and Physical Activity

IMPORTANT: Calisthenics and bodyweight training involve physical exertion which carries an inherent risk of injury.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit to perform the exercises demonstrated in the application. Always consult with a qualified medical professional before starting any new training regimen. Flowzy is not liable for any injuries, strains, or health complications resulting from the use of our demonstration guides or routines.

3. Accounts and Authentication

If you create an account using Google Auth, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication details. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All custom UI components, skill tree algorithms, visuals, animations, and source code are the intellectual property of Flowzy and its developers. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without explicit written permission.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Flowzy or its authors be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from your use of the application.
